Having been in the real estate business for 7 years and recently ventured on his own forming The Matthew Neil Group. His sales career began early on at Scholastic Media in the Licensing Department, working on the Scholastic Brands as well as "The Golden Compass" a major motion picture marrying HBA, toys and merchandise. He changed industries to technology consulting and worked for Cavalier Technical Services in sales, selling back up and disaster recovery solutions to financial institutions and non-profits throughout New York City. After two years, he switched to real estate. In late September 2016, he started his own real estate agency, The Matthew Neil Group, where he currently has a team of 4 agents working the New York market. He has helped hundreds of people find homes in New York. Some of his highlighted transactions include a $95 Million sale of a rental building, $8Million dollar penthouse, as well as loading up new buildings. His success comes from his understanding the client’s needs; his ability to create and maintain long term relationships; and assisting his clients as their home needs change.
About Matthew:
Matthew is very active and on his free time he takes advantage of the city. He enjoys the arts and visits museums often. He cooks, bakes a mean cheese cake, and enjoys going out to restaurants and pastry shops. He is physically active and when not in the gym, plays soccer and takes yoga. Once a week he takes French classes as he desires to be fluent. For Matthew it is important to give back, He is on the steering committee of the Next Gen Hebrew Free Loan Society - a non profit that gives loans to small business.
